Job summary

Birlasoft Ltd. seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Learning and US Payroll to join our HCM practice in India. You will lead end-to-end functional implementations, analyze business requirements, and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions with hands-on configuration.

You will collaborate with business users, prepare functional designs, conduct testing and support Go-Live and post-production stabilization, focusing on Oracle Learning and US Payroll modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience in US Payroll.
• Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation.
• Good understanding of US Payroll legislative and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll configuration, payroll flows and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Learning configuration and learner processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, HDL/HSDL, OTBI/BIP reporting, Oracle HCM integrations and global/multi-country implementations are good to have.

Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Cloud HCM Learning and US Payroll functional implementations and support engagements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Learning: Learning Catalog, Courses and Offerings, Activities, Initiatives, Assignments, Learner Self-Service, Communities, compliance tracking, notifications.
• Configure and support Oracle US Payroll: Payroll Definitions, Legislation data, Elements and Entries, Payroll Relationships, Calculation Cards, Taxes, Payroll Flows, QuickPay, Costing.
• Provide functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.
• Execute configuration, unit testing, SIT and UAT; support production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports and data migration; participate in client workshops.
