Job summary

HCL Software is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Bengaluru, India. You will design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, customize workflows, and integrate with third-party systems via REST APIs and Integration Hub ETL.

Familiarity with UI Actions, ACLs, SSO/AD/LDAP, and CMDB integration is required. You will implement server-side scripts, manage update sets, build complex reports, and debug logs while ensuring secure, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• We are looking for a ServiceNow developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and Integration Hub ETL.
• Experience with multiple platform components including Flow Designer, MID Server and CMDB integration.
• Knowledge of SSO/AD/LDAP integrations and security ACLs.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, and server-side scripts.

Job Description: -

We are looking for Sr. ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience.

Candidate should have good configuration and development knowledge and skills as below:-

• A ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience with building/ developing Integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
• Customize workflows, forms, and integrations to meet business requirements
• Hands-on experience with client scripts and business rules.
• Hands on with UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
• SSO/AD/LDAP integration and understanding of Web-services or Rest APIs.
• Use of Record producers.
• Managing update sets to move customization between Instances.
• Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.
• ACL’s for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
• Experience with building/ developing Integrations
• Configuring complex reports
• Understanding and debugging of system logs
• Hands on Experience in implementing SNOW integration with Third Party applications using REST API or Integration Hub ETL
• Experience in using Flow Designer, Data Stream Actions, Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server, CMDB Integration components as part of Integration work.
• Exposure to Service Graph connector would be an added advantage.
