Job summary

N Consulting Limited is urgently hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in multiple locations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, including SDK usage, metadata definition, and building scoped applications.

You will work on ITSM/CSM modules, integrations, and AI-assisted development to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of server-side JavaScript, REST APIs, and a solid web development background.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization and deploying scoped applications from VS Code.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, plus server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.
• Experience with Now Assist for Creator or similar AI tools to boost development efficiency, code generation and workflow automation.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, SLM, workflows and email notifications.
• Understanding of core platform features including flow designer, ACLs, server-side and client-side APIs in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clone, upgrades.
• Experience in developing custom scoped applications.
• Web development skills: Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript.
