Job summary

Bestal Hr is seeking a Cinema IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and P&S operations for cinema shows, including IMAX, 4DX, Onyx, and ATMOS.

The role focuses on maintaining 100% uptime of shows, systems, and related formats, managing MAXIMO logging, vendor coordination, and daily operations across IT and P&S teams.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports and manage shift handovers and knowledge base.

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end management of Cinema IT Infrastructure and P&S operations, ensuring 100% uptime of shows, systems, and special formats including IMAX, 4DX, Onyx, ATMOS.

Key Responsibilities

A. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage IT hardware and software including VISTA Application Server, TMS Server, Digital Signage, Cinema Server, Network, WAN, CCTV, Desktop/Laptop.
• Manage all IT peripherals including POS, Kiosks, Printers, LCDs, LED Walls, EDC and other IT equipment, ensuring maximum availability.
• Provide troubleshooting and application support to internal clients on Windows, SQL, Office, Adobe and other enterprise software.

B. P&S & Special Formats Management

• Manage P&S equipment including special formats like 4DX, IMAX, Onyx, ATMOS. Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure P&S environment is 100% live and operational.
• Monitor and maintain daily lamp hours, lamp stock, consumables and spare stock inventory.

C. Content & Show Operations

• Ensure 100% success rate in show creation and execution, including day-to-day TMS management, schedule adherence, movie ingestion, KDM ingestion and show scheduling.
• Manage KDM and content availability from vendors by checking schedules and continuous follow-up with service providers and programming team.

D. Operations, Reporting & Team Management

• Maintain log of each incident, manage MAXIMO call logging, ensure timely closure of calls as per SOP, and build knowledge base documents. Ensure proper shift handover.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Manage cinema IT & P&S team, handle roster planning in coordination with site operations team and ensure seamless site operations.
