Job summary

Soho House & Co in Mumbai seeks a hands-on IT Assistant to support day-to-day technology needs and deliver seamless technical support to members, guests and teams.

You will handle first-level IT support, manage AV/cinema equipment and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and events, while ensuring safe, clean and ready spaces for use.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or Electronics.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and hands-on attitude.
• Exposure to AV, cinema or event technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities
