Unnati Anam Consultancy is hiring for LEL Fitness as Gym Operations Executive in Mumbai. This onsite role oversees day-to-day gym operations, front-desk activities, trainer coordination and member inquiries to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment.

We seek 1+ years in front desk, operations, hospitality or fitness settings, with strong communication and a proactive, ownership mindset. You will drive member conversions for memberships/packages and collaborate with trainers and staff to maintain

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-desk and gym operations.
• Track trainer attendance, schedules and session completion.
• Coordinate trainer/member schedules and ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Handle walk-ins, calls and online inquiries and convert them into memberships/packages.
• Communicate with members, trainers and vendors as required.
• Address day-to-day operational issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain basic records, attendance and operational reports.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming, well-managed gym environment.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Gym Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the gym. From coordinating trainers and schedules to handling member inquiries and supporting package sales, you’ll be the go-to person keeping the gym running smoothly

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak to members and handle inquiries.
• Street-smart, proactive and solution-oriented — someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
• Comfortable with basic sales/conversion and recommending relevant packages to potential members.
• Growth mindset with the willingness to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with the gym.
