Job summary

Global Talent Square, a 2COMS Group Brand, is seeking an experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for overseas clients across multiple industries.

This role offers an opportunity to work with international clients, build a robust pipeline, and ensure timely closures with high quality hires across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and databases.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing roles.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
  
• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and status reports.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Gulf Recruitment or Overseas Recruitment (Recruitment
  
• Consultancy experience preferred).
  
• Hands-on experience hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain .
  
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
