Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Goa seeks a Front Office professional to deliver warm, consistent service at the reception and contribute to a memorable guest experience within the Rooms Division.

The role requires a relevant hospitality qualification and a minimum of 1 year’s Front Office experience, with a strong focus on guest care, teamwork, and adherence to Hyatt standards at the Calangute property.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year’s work experience in Front Office is a must.

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
• Contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
