Job summary

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide exemplary Food & Beverage service to guests at the resort. The role requires delivering courteous, professional, and flexible service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality or tourism background, with at least 2 years of hotel operations experience and strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
