Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at the reception within the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth operations across the front desk.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, with at least 2 years of hotel operations experience and strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
