Manam Chocolate in Delhi is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will coordinate with the kitchen, recommend items, and maintain cleanliness while upholding food safety and SOPs. This full-time role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, QSR, Hotels, or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities
