ITC Hotels is a 5-star property located near Chandigarh International Airport. The Guest Relations Executive will enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring personalized, smooth, and memorable guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally, build rapport, and ensure they feel valued and comfortable while dining.
• Understand guest preferences, anticipate needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints, resolving them smoothly and quickly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, dietary options, and beverages to guide guest choices.
• Work closely with service, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow, timely delivery, and a well‑maintained dining environment.
