Responsible for delivering a seamless fine-dining experience by combining exceptional guest service with precise service execution. The role involves managing end-to-end table service, from order-taking to billing, while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. It requires strong product knowledge and coordination with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service. The associate anticipates guest needs and ensures every interaction enhances the overall dining experience.

Service Delivery & Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food & beverage orders while ensuring attentive yet non-intrusive service.

Fine-Dining Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages as per fine-dining etiquette (correct sequence, timing, and presentation) while maintaining high hygiene and grooming standards.

Product & Beverage Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of menu items, ingredients, allergens, dietary options, and beverages including wine pairings, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.

Operational Coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of orders and smooth handling of special requests or concerns.

Table & Billing Management: Set up and maintain tables to luxury standards, ensure cleanliness, reset efficiently, and handle billing and payments (cash, card, room charge) accurately and securely.
