Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking an organized and communicative candidate for a role in Bangalore. Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining records, and assisting with food and beverage services. Ideal candidates are last semester or graduate students in Hotel Management with at least 6 months of training. Accommodation is provided, along with a competitive salary in the ₹14k–19k range plus performance-linked incentives. Travel across India may be required.

• Minimum 6 Months of Industrial Training.
• Should be comfortable traveling all over India.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in the service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
