This position is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing waiting lists and table allocations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. Daily tasks include handling reservations and inquiries, guiding guests through the menu, addressing concerns or feedback, and coordinating closely with the service and kitchen teams. The role also involves managing basic receptionist duties at the front desk, supporting promotional or sales initiatives, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, positive experiences for all guests.
• Clear and professional Communication abilities, including confident verbal interaction and attentive listening.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties such as greeting guests, managing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining front desk organization.
