Job summary

Sunil Agrawal & Associates in Maharashtra is seeking a confident Guest Relationship Executive to greet visitors, understand visitor requirements, and coordinate site visits and meetings with the sales team. You will create an exceptional visitor experience and support lead conversion.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or front office, with a sales-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills to maintain lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome & engage walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements & assist them with project details
• Coordinate and manage site visits & customer meetings
• Generate customer interest and support the sales team in lead conversion
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with Sales/Presales teams for seamless customer handling
• Maintain visitor records, leads & follow-up updates
