Job summary

MVN Group in Delhi's Dwarka invites a Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at a luxury residential project. You will deliver a premium hospitality-driven experience and coordinate between sales, site teams, and guests to uphold our luxury standards.

Requirements include 2–5 years in guest relations or luxury hospitality, a graduate degree, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site navigation, refreshments, and basic queries.

Role Overview:

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, channel partners, and senior visitors at the luxury residential project. The role focuses on delivering a premium hospitality-driven experience, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, site teams, and visitors while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, channel partners, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Ensure a smooth and personalized visit experience at the sample flat and project site. Support and assist in the execution of company events held on site and at external locations.
• Manage guest check-ins, registrations, and appointment confirmations. Deliver company presentations to prospective clients and Channel partners when needed.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align guest visits with sales schedules.
• Assist channel partners and clients with site navigation, refreshments, and basic queries.
• Ensure meeting rooms, sample flats, and common areas are well-prepared before visits.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, front office, or luxury retail.
• Prior exposure to real estate sample flats, luxury hotels, clubs, or premium brand environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and communication at all times.
• Handle VIP and HNI client visits with discretion and attention to detail.
• Maintain visitor logs, walk-in data, and daily MIS as per internal processes.
• Share daily footfall and visit reports with the sales and site teams.
• Ensure client feedback is captured and shared with relevant stakeholders.

Education

Graduate in any discipline; hospitality background preferred.
