Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality is seeking a candidate for a full-time front office role in Alibag, Maharashtra. You will handle phone duties, organize records, and assist with invoices and inventory while supporting food and beverage service. The role also covers property days off duties when the manager is away.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in front office operations and preferably a hospitality management degree, with strong organisational and numerical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in front office operations.
• Preferably having a Hospitality management degree.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
