Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality in Varanasi is seeking a proactive front office associate to join our hostel team. You will handle guest communications, assist in daily admin tasks, and ensure smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced travel setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of front office experience, strong customer service skills, and preferably a hospitality management degree. This full-time role offers on-site work with room for growth in a dynamic hostel brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in front office operations.
• Preferably having a Hospitality management degree.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
