Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality is seeking a Front Office professional to manage reception duties, guest inquiries and communications across its Goa operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments and ensuring smooth client interactions at the property level.

The ideal candidate has 1.5 years of front office experience, a hospitality management degree, and willingness to travel across India for site coverage and expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 year of experience in front office operations.
• Preferably having a Hospitality management degree.
• Should be comfortable to travel all over India.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
