Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality is seeking a front office professional for its nationwide hostel network. The role requires handling calls, organizing records, and supporting daily hospitality operations across multiple locations.

Candidates should have at least 1.5 years in front office roles, preferably with a hospitality management degree, and be willing to travel across India. The position involves inventory, invoicing, and general office duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 year of experience in front office operations.
• Preferably having a Hospitality management degree.
• Should be comfortable to travel all over India.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
