Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality invites applications for a Hotel Management Guest Relations Executive trainee to support front desk, guest services and operations. You will coordinate communications, assist with F&B tasks and inventory, and learn property management under supervision across PAN India properties.

The role requires a current Hotel Management student or graduate, strong communication, a pleasant personality, and willingness to travel across India. Accommodation is provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of industrial training.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Last semester or graduate student of the Hotel Management program.
• Willing to travel across India.
• Basic knowledge of F&B operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize book keeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in the service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
