Job summary

Meghavi Wellness Spa in Ahmedabad is seeking a dynamic Guest Relationship Executive to greet guests, explain spa services, and manage bookings and payments, ensuring a premium guest experience.

You will coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure timely service and high-quality hospitality, while collecting guest feedback for continuous improvement and encouraging repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Guest Relationship Executive

Job Description:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm professional manner


• Welcome guests and provide them with information about the spa’s services, treatments, and Menu and sell Memberships


• Explain the menu and suggest as per the guest requirement


• Schedule and confirm appointments for spa treatments, massages, facials, and other wellness services.


• Schedule booking of appointment software to keep the spa’s calendar organized and ensure optimal scheduling.


• Process payments for treatments, packages, and retail products accurately and efficiently.


• Ensure that all billing and payment transactions are recorded correctly, handling cash, credit card, and online payments as required.


• Co-ordinate with spa therapists, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery.


• Seek guest feedback after their treatments and ensure all feedback is passed on to the appropriate team members for improvement.


• Follow up with guests post-visit to encourage repeat business, ensuring they had an enjoyable experience.


• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, offering solutions and making sure the guest feels heard and valued.


• Ensure that the front office and reception area and Spa rooms remain clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests
