Play Arena is seeking a dynamic Guest Relationship Executive to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will maintain guest records, resolve issues promptly, organize events, and contribute to loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• PUC/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 0–3 years of guest relations or hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PMS systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing guest events, special occasions, and VIP arrangements.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and hospitality protocols.
