  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, multitasking capability, and time management proficiency
  • Guest Service Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service with a guest-oriented mindset
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
