• Track and optimize key metrics: GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention.
• Manage platform execution including pricing, promotions, and catalog.
• Run growth experiments across offers, creatives, bundles, and pricing.
• Drive retention and repeat purchase strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth across D2C & marketplace channels (revenue, conversion, margins)
• Track and optimize key metrics: GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention, and availability
• Manage platform execution — pricing, promotions, catalog, and hygiene
• Run growth experiments across offers, creatives, bundles, and pricing
• Drive retention and repeat purchase strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Growth roles (FMCG preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics and unit economics
• High ownership mindset with a bias for execution
