Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, business analytics or an early-stage startup role.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers.
• Understanding of performance marketing, funnels, CRO and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on ability with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is preferred.
• Practical use of AI for research, analysis, content, automation and experimentation.
• Ability to execute independently instead of only creating plans.
• Strong written communication, curiosity and speed.
• Comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who enjoys solving different growth problems, running fast experiments and turning data into action.

You will work across digital marketing, customer journeys, conversion, retention, content and growth automation.

What You Will Work On
