Job summary

Khatabook is looking for a Growth Associate/Intern to join our Growth team in Bengaluru. You will work hands-on across user acquisition, performance marketing, CRM, and growth experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user growth and engagement.

This role suits analytical, curious candidates who want to learn how growth works at scale, with exposure to Meta and Google ads, CRM campaigns, and data-driven experimentation to improve CAC, retention, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Strong comfort with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, or mobile app marketing is a strong plus.
• Curious about why users click, install, convert, retain - or drop off.
• Ability to learn quickly, execute independently, and manage multiple experiments at once.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias towards getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of Meta and Google acquisition campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics including spends, installs, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign, audience, and creative performance to identify what is working and what should be tested next.
• Work with the Creative team on new ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creative experiments.
• Help execute CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Analyse the acquisition funnel from impression click install login conversion and identify potential drop-offs.
• Build and maintain regular growth reports, dashboards, and experiment trackers.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new channels, creatives, and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Growth, Creative, Analytics, Product, and CRM teams to launch experiments and measure their impact.

About the Role:

Were looking for a Growth Associate / Growth Intern to join Khatabooks Growth team and work hands‑on across user acquisition, performance marketing, CRM, and growth experiments. Youll work closely with the Growth team on channels such as Meta and Google, analyse

What Were Looking For:

• Intern: Final-year student or recent graduate with a strong interest in Growth, Marketing, Analytics, or consumer technology.
• Associate: 1 - 3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong comfort with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, or mobile app marketing is a strong plus.
• Curious about why users click, install, convert, retain - or drop off.
• Ability to learn quickly, execute independently, and manage multiple experiments at once.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias towards getting things done.

You enjoy digging into numbers, spotting patterns, looking at creatives, understanding consumer behaviour, and turning those insights into the next experiment.

You don't need to know everything about growth on Day 1 - but you should have the curiosity, analytical ability, and execution mindset to learn fast.
