Growth Hacker - Performance & Paid Media
You're the person who looks at a campaign brief and immediately thinks: funnel, audience, creative hypothesis, CPA, and scale. Not in that order — simultaneously. You run campaigns for a living, and you're obsessed with the numbers behind every rupee spent.
Overview
Role: Growth Hacker focusing on performance and paid media for B2B and B2C clients. You will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads, with full-funnel thinking from awareness to conversion and clear metrics for each stage.
What you'll own (Responsibilities)
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads for B2B and B2C clients.
- Apply full-funnel thinking — awareness to conversion — with understanding of each stage's metrics and levers.
- A/B test creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages continuously.
- Develop lead generation strategies and funnels: landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, WhatsApp drips — whatever it takes.
- Run growth hacking experiments — organic + paid combos, referral loops, virality triggers, product-led growth concepts.
- Prepare bi-weekly performance reports with ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR breakdowns and recommended actions for each metric.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief high-converting creatives with clear hypotheses.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in growth hacking or paid media roles.
- Independent management of ₹5L+ monthly ad budgets.
- Knowledge of the difference between ROAS and MER.
- Experience setting up conversion tracking from scratch.
- Experience running LinkedIn B2B campaigns and generating qualified leads.
- Ability to build a basic landing page, not just brief it.

Fit & Mindset
- Data-driven — Every opinion you have is backed by a number or a test result
- Funnel-obsessed — You can map a customer journey in your sleep and find the leak immediately
- Tinkerer — You run experiments outside of work. Personal projects, pet campaigns, hypothesis logs.
- Speed + intent — You bias towards action, but always know what you're trying to prove
