Job summary

BeasyFit, India’s fastest-growing fitness and lifestyle transformation brand, is hiring Growth Consultants to turn warm inbound leads into high-ticket program enrollments. You will conduct 1-on-1 video consultations online, analyze goals, address objections, and guide prospects to make a life-changing decision.

100% warm, verified inbound leads with zero cold calling. Training program spans 35 days with 50% base during onboarding, then full pay + incentives up to ₹1,00,000/month.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, teleconsultation, or business development.
• High-ticket sales experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
• Comfortable on video calls (Zoom) and basic computer tools (CRM, tracking sheets, email).

Responsibilities

• Consult & Close: Conduct 3–5 daily Zoom consultations with warm pre-qualified prospects.
• Tailored Guidance: Listen to client needs and recommend fitness solutions.
• Lead & Pipeline Management: Follow up across phone, WhatsApp and email to close deals.
• Hit Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain data on interactions and deals in our systems.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a positive, consultative experience from first contact to enrollment.

About the Role

We are looking for persuasive, empathetic, and target-driven Growth Consultants to turn warm inbound leads into long-term fitness success stories.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, conducting 1-on-1 video consultations online. You will analyze their health goals, overcome objections with empathy, communicate the value of our high-ticket programs, and guide them toward making a life-changing decision.

Note: 100% Warm, Verified Inbound Leads. Absolutely ZERO cold calling or lead generation required.

What You'll Do

• Consult & Close: Conduct 3–5 high-converting Zoom video consultations daily with warm, pre-qualified prospects.
• Tailored Guidance: Actively listen to client needs, understand their specific lifestyle challenges, and recommend tailored fitness solutions.
• Lead & Pipeline Management: Perform timely follow-ups across phone, WhatsApp, and email to guide prospects through the decision-making process to closure.
• Hit Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous data on client interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal statuses in our tracking systems.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional, positive, and consultative customer experience from first contact to program enrollment.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, teleconsultation, or business development High-ticket sales experience is a strong plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi (Mandatory for clear and persuasive communication).
• Tech & Digital Savvy: Highly comfortable on video calls (Zoom) and basic computer tools (CRM software, tracking sheets, email).
• Skills & Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, strong objection-handling abilities, and a growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous self-improvement.
• High Earning Potential: Base pay of ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 fixed/month + aggressive performance incentives up to ₹1,00,000/month.
