Job summary

Adze Studio in Bengaluru, India, seeks a client servicing professional to manage key accounts in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. You will serve as the main contact for assigned clients, translate objectives into actionable digital strategies, and coordinate with creative, content, performance and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client servicing, account management, or digital marketing agency experience.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage end-to-end client communication, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals

Required Skills Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing agency roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, content, branding)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Good to Have

• Experience working with performance marketing or analytics tools
• Exposure to reporting platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
