Job summary

AdLift India is seeking an Assistant Manager – Client Servicing with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing to manage client relationships and drive execution across integrated campaigns. You will coordinate with SEO, paid media, social, content and creative teams, ensure timely delivery, lead client calls, reviews, and provide strategic input for growth.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, data-driven reporting and a proactive approach to upsell and retain enterprise

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Digital Marketing.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, teams and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships for assigned accounts.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into briefs and actionable plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams across SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social Media, Creative and other digital marketing verticals.
• Manage account deliverables, timelines, trackers and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead regular client calls, status updates, presentations and performance discussions.
• Review deliverables before sharing with clients and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Proactively identify performance gaps, opportunities and optimisation areas.
• Track account performance against KPIs, scope and deliverables.
• Support upselling/cross-selling and account growth opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management on account strategy, scope, commercials and client retention.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Client Servicing with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing/client servicing to manage client relationships and drive execution across integrated digital marketing mandates.

The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple digital verticals, managing internal teams, understanding client requirements and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships for assigned accounts.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams across SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social Media, Creative and other digital marketing verticals.
• Manage account deliverables, timelines, TATs, trackers and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead regular client calls, status updates, presentations and performance discussions.
• Review deliverables before sharing with clients and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Manage client feedback and ensure timely closure of comments/rework.
• Proactively identify performance gaps, opportunities and optimisation areas and take them forward with the respective teams.
• Track account performance against agreed KPIs, scope and deliverables.
• Support upselling/cross-selling and account growth opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management on account strategy, scope, commercials and client retention.
• Ensure strong coordination between the client and internal teams and proactively flag risks/dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital or integrated marketing agency.
• Good understanding of SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content and Creative.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent follow-up, ownership and project-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, teams and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, presentations and performance metrics.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience managing integrated/360° digital marketing accounts.
• Exposure to enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Experience in account growth, upselling or cross-selling.
• Understanding of emerging areas such as AEO/GEO and AI-driven search.
