This role involves policy formulation, resource planning, and process governance, along with mentoring and developing junior staff. The SME is recognized as a best practice and quality expert within the discipline and plays a key role in stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sound understanding of Insurance life cycle with extensive knowledge of commercial underwriting
• Develop and implement departmental plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• Contribute to policy formulation and process improvements within the function
