Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Manager to lead Commercial Lines / P&C analytics and underwriting support in Bangalore. The role focuses on NAT CAT risk, exposure analysis, and automation to improve underwriting governance and portfolio performance.

You will collaborate with underwriting, technology, operations, sales and finance to deliver MIS, dashboards and KPI reporting using Excel and Power BI, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in General Insurance, preferably within Commercial Lines / P&C.
• Strong experience in NAT CAT / Catastrophe Risk, Exposure Analysis and Commercial / Non-Motor Insurance.
• Experience in underwriting analytics, portfolio reporting, risk analysis and operational MIS.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with exposure to automation, process improvement, BRDs and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across underwriting, technology, operations, sales, finance and reinsurance teams.

Responsibilities
