Job summary

Hiveminds, part of Madison World, is seeking a senior digital marketing professional to lead the Marketplace Growth and Operations team. You will drive revenue growth across Amazon and other platforms, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years on Amazon Marketing Services, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years on Amazon Marketing Services.
• Highly detail oriented and able to multi‑task under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills working with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow marketplace revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones, while maintaining partner relationships.
• Lead campaigns and optimize AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ marketing analysts and specialists.

Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients, maintaining close relationship with marketplace partners – Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc., operational efficiency in the team, overseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients, and client relationship management.

Business Operations & Domain level innovations

Innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results, team size planning based on the revenue projections, recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.
