HiveMinds is a full-service digital marketing agency seeking a senior digital marketer to drive revenue growth in our marketplace division. You will manage new and existing client relationships, oversee AMS campaigns, and ensure efficient team operations across multiple clients.

The role requires 4+ years in digital marketing with 2+ years on Amazon marketing services/Quick Commerce, strong communication, and leadership capabilities to guide 20+ analysts and specialists.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years on Amazon marketing services/Quick Commerce.
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities and results focus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue of the marketplace division by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones.
• Maintain close relationships with marketplace partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Big Basket.
• Ensure operational efficiency within the team and drive campaign execution across multiple clients.
• Oversee media planning and execute innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms.
• Manage client relationships and lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts and specialists.
• Plan team size based on revenue projections and mentor recruitment and training.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 4+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing services and Quick Commerce.
