Job summary

HiveMinds in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Account Director/Account Director to lead revenue growth in the marketplace division, building strong client partnerships and guiding multi-client media campaigns.

You will mentor a team of 20+ marketing analysts and specialists, recruit and train talent, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role and 2+ years on Amazon Marketing Services.
• Highly detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong mix of analytical and creative capabilities.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow overall revenue of the marketplace division by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones.
• Maintain close relationships with marketplace partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.
• Drive operational efficiency within the team.
• Oversee media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients.
• Manage client relationships and deliver innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms.
• Plan team size based on revenue projections and recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Lead and manage a team of 20+ marketing analysts and specialists.
