Job summary

HiveMinds is seeking a senior digital marketing leader to grow the marketplace division. You will drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with key partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, and BigBasket, while ensuring operational efficiency and strategic media planning across multiple campaigns.

You will manage a team of 20+ marketing analysts and specialists, recruit, train and mentor them, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital marketing role with at least 2 years on Amazon Marketing Services.
• Experience in Amazon e-commerce marketing and online sales.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.
