• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring daily sales activities and targets are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, national clients and advertising agencies.
• Acquire new clients/agencies and identify upselling and additional revenue opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies based on market trends, competition and business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and ensure quality client servicing and relationship building.
• Track competitors and market updates to strengthen business strategy.
• Mentor the team and support them in achieving individual and overall sales targets.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections and payment follow-ups from clients/agencies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop region-specific GTM strategies.
• Experience in pitching integrated media solutions across Cinema, Digital, Experiential, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with CXOs, brand heads, and media planners.
• Hands-on experience in pricing, rate negotiations, profitability management, contracts, invoicing, collections, and credit control
