Job summary

Rank2Reach Marketing in New Delhi is seeking a Google Ads specialist to plan, build and optimize campaigns for US-based clients. The role requires overlapping with US business hours and fluent English for client calls and reports.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on calls with US clients.
• Working knowledge of GTM, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets / Looker Studio).
• Must be able to work from our New Delhi office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns for US-based clients.
• Keyword research, negative keyword management, ad copy writing and A/B testing.
• Bid strategy, budget pacing and daily optimisation to hit CPA / lead targets.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, call tracking, form tracking).
• Handle client calls, weekly updates and monthly performance reports in fluent English.
• Audit new accounts and prepare optimisation recommendations.
• Keep accounts policy-compliant and resolve ad disapprovals.

Rank2Reach Marketing is a New Delhi-based digital marketing agency serving clients primarily in the US and Canada. We manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and conversion tracking for small and mid-sized businesses. You will work directly with US clients, so strong spoken English is a must.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Call-only) for US-based clients
• Keyword research, negative keyword management, ad copy writing and A/B testing
• Bid strategy, budget pacing and daily optimisation to hit CPA / lead targets
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, call tracking, form tracking)
• Handle client calls, weekly updates and monthly performance reports in fluent English
