Job summary

TP in Gurgaon is hiring for a Digital Marketing Support Executive. The role involves providing customer support through calls, chat, and phone in a blended environment, and handling Google Ads related queries including campaign setup, billing issues, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.

You will analyze cases, document findings, use AI-powered tools to summarize cases and draft personalized responses, follow processes, and act as a customer advocate by identifying product issues and trends

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through calls, chat, and phone in a blended support environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze customer concerns by reviewing case history and identifying the root cause to deliver effective resolutions.
• Use AI-powered tools and LLMs to summarize cases, retrieve policy information, and draft personalized customer responses.
• Follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, manage case follow-ups, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as a customer advocate by identifying product issues, documenting trends, and contributing to improved customer satisfaction.

Education

Graduate with 2 years experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads

• Location: Gurgaon
• Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads.
