Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited is seeking a Loan Manager - GLP Officer to manage end-to-end gold loan transactions with home customers. The role involves traveling to customer homes to facilitate GLFH, conducting gold appraisal, and ensuring compliant processing.

You will drive BTL marketing efforts and follow up with inactive/prospective clients to convert leads. Primary duties include maintaining customer satisfaction, generating qualified leads, and achieving timely appointments within policy

Qualifications

• Experience in handling gold loan transactions and customer service
• Ability to source and convert leads through BTL marketing and outbound calls
• Willingness to travel to customers' homes for GLFH transactions
• Attention to process, policy adherence, and compliance with KRA metrics
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Serve Gold Loan from Home customers by handling end-to-end transactions

Loan Manager - GLP Officer – GLFH

Main Task Serve Gold Loan from Home customers by handling the end-to-end transactions, while ensuring the customer gets the most optimal service. Source new customers through BTL marketing and customer calling

Areas of Responsibility

• Ensuring the customer gets the most optimal service and completing the end-to-end GLFH transaction
• Promptly travel to and from the customers home while safely handling the gold in transit
• Carry out GLFH transaction while strictly adhering to process and policies
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
