Job summary

HDB Financial Services Ltd. in Pune seeks a dynamic professional to drive gold loan sales, coordinate with branch teams, and manage end-to-end processes from lead to disbursal.

The role requires strong knowledge of gold loan procedures, KYC compliance, and ability to liaise with telecalling and valuation teams to ensure timely loan processing and collections.

Qualifications

• Sales process management experience in FMCG/Direct sales context.
• Understanding of gold loan processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of KYC procedures and sales processes.
• Understanding of Gold loan sales and BTL marketing processes.
• Product and competition knowledge relevant to gold loan offerings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM/SMs for lead conversion.
• Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• Coordinate with customers who walk in branch.
• Explain product details to customers and suggest schemes based on need analysis.
• Conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount.
• Manage external gold valuation process, interacting with valuator and ensuring process adherence.
• Update valuation details in system (Gold portal and loan booking system).
• Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customers to avoid 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up for timely interest collection.
• Gold loan file disbursal in system (could be BOM responsibility).
• Custody of gold packets and proper recording.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement and record as per process.
• Send complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage related MIS, interface with COPS and regional teams.
• Coordinate with central telecalling for collections / overdue payments.
• Provide customer support / service as required.

Job Role

• Custody of gold packets in the office, record it as per process.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement, record it as per process.
• Arrange to send the complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage Related MIS, interface with COPS, regional teams as might be required.
• Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections / follow up for payments from overdue borrowers.
• Customer Support / Service as required.
