HDB Financial Services Ltd. invites applications for a frontline role focused on gold loan sales and customer interaction in Solapur, India.

The position involves coordinating with branch sales teams, tele-calling on leads, and guiding customers through product schemes based on need analysis. You will handle gold valuation processes, loan booking, and ensure timely loan disbursal while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion.
• Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• Coordinate with customers who walk in branch.
• Explain product details to customers and suggest schemes based on need analysis.
• Conduct self gold valuation and inform loan amount.
• Manage external gold valuation process and ensure process compliance.
• Update valuation details in Gold portal and loan booking system.
• Ensure loan processing within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customers to avoid 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up for timely interest collection.
• Disburse gold loan files in system (potentially by BOM).
• Custody of gold packets in the office and record keeping.
• Raise Payment Requests / Cheque Disbursement and record accordingly.
• Send complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage related MIS and interface with COPS and regional teams.
• Coordinate with central telecalling for collections / overdue payments.
• Provide customer support / service as required.

• Manage external gold valuation process i.e. interacting with valuator making sure that the process is followed.
• Update valuation details in system i.e. Gold portal and loan booking system.
• Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customer and ensure that customer does not cross 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up with customer for timely interest collection.
• Gold loan file disbursal in system (this could be done by BOM for most Branches).
• Custody of gold packets in the office, record it as per process.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement, record it as per process.
• Arrange to send the complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage Related MIS, interface with COPS, regional teams as might be required.
• Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections / follow up for payments from overdue borrowers.
• Customer Support / Service as required.
