Responsibilities

• Focus on customer engagement and appraisal of gold ornaments with correct weight and purity as per policy and audit.
• Manage error-free valuation and appraisal of pledged gold ornaments in branch per policy and audit.
• Maintain 100% process compliance at branch and act as joint custodian of vault.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, and interest transactions on customer requests.
• Initiate transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Keep NPAs under control through strong follow-ups for interest collections.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat gold loan business.

Principal Accountabilities

• Focus on customer engagement & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Manage error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Responsible for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions basis customer requests.
• Initiate transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat gold loan business
