Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking a diligent professional to perform customer engagement appraisal and gold ornament valuation for pledged assets in the branch, ensuring correct weight and purity assessment as per policy and audit compliance.

The role involves maintaining 100% process compliance, safekeeping of pledged ornaments as Vault custodian, and handling loan disbursal and foreclosure processes with accurate documentation. Strong planning and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions basis customer requests.
• Initiate transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat gold loan business.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports and submit to supervisors.
