Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking a customer-facing professional to focus on engagement and precise appraisal of pledged gold ornaments, ensuring correct weight and purity as per policy and auditory compliance. The role requires maintaining branch process compliance and accurate valuation.

The incumbent will also support KYC verification, loan disbursal processes, and smooth handling of foreclosures, releases, and payments while contributing to NPAs control and repeat business development.

Responsibilities

• Joint custodian of the Vault with safekeeping of pledge ornaments.
• Verify customer KYC documents and process loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, and interest transactions.
• Initiate transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and collect customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through follow-ups for interest collections.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat gold loan business.
• Good planning abilities for smooth branch functioning and teamwork.
• Maintaining quality and performance of the business, preparing reports for supervisors.

Job Summary

Focus on customer engagement & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Manage error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Responsible for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Responsibilities

• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions basis customer requests.
• Initiate transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat gold loan business
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Maintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports and submit to supervisors.
