• Monitor progress, budgets, and cost variances
• Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure QA/QC standards and compliance (RERA, bylaws, safety norms)
• Handle statutory approvals (OC, CC, building approvals)
• Drive cost optimization and resource planning
• Coordinate with design, sales, finance, and procurement teams
