Job summary

You will lead CPM scheduling, resource coordination, and rigorous progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery and robust reporting.

• B.E. Civil degree; NICMAR/Construction Management preferred.

• Strong planning discipline and stakeholder coordination.

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, villa, township, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. Ensure timely delivery through effective schedule management, progress tracking, delay analysis, recovery planning, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project from mobilization to handover.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, QS, quality teams, and consultants for seamless delivery.
• Prepare MIS dashboards, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and project performance updates.
• Establish project controls processes to improve schedule predictability and delivery outcomes.
