Job summary

Bptp is seeking a seasoned Project Execution professional to lead on-site activities for large real estate projects in Haryana. You will manage on-site execution per design specifications, coordinate with Planning, Procurement and Facilities teams, monitor progress, control costs, and ensure HSE and quality compliance, paving the way for a smooth handover to customers.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in project execution in real estate, infrastructure, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, procurement, and safety protocols.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site execution of the project as per agreed design specifications.
• Provide inputs to Planning and Project Controls for developing the project schedule, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Participate in technical evaluation of quotations to validate contractor performance and risks.
• Monitor progress, highlight deviations, and initiate corrective actions on site.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure adherence to scope and contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material delivery and proper storage/inventory documentation.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all contractor bills received on site prior to payment processing.
• Drive robust HSE and Quality initiatives & procedures at project sites and ensure adherence by all personnel.
• Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of internal and contractor teams as per project milestones.
• Ensure readiness of the property for handover to customer as per SLAs and resolve issues identified by Facilities management.
• Contribute to team capability development by ensuring adherence to performance management and appraisal systems.
• Ensure adherence to all compliances listed in the Charging Matrix.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

i. Manage the on-site execution of the project as per agreed design specifications

ii. Provide inputs to the Planning and Project Controls team for developing the project schedule, including timelines, resources and milestones

iii. Participate in technical evaluation of quotations received for work contracts to validate quality of the contractor performance, risks to overall project delivery

iv. Closely monitor and review the progress of construction on the project site, highlight deviations and initiate appropriate action for course-correction

v. Oversee the work performed by the contractor team(s) and ensure adherence to the defined scope of work and contractual terms and conditions

vi. Coordinate closely with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of required material, maintain proper storage of inventory on site and its accurate documentation

vii. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all contractor bills received on site prior to payment processing

viii. Drive effective implementation of robust HSE and Quality initiatives & procedures at Project Sites and ensure adherence to the same by all on-site personnel, internal or external

ix. Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of internal teams and contractor teams as per project milestones

x. Ensure readiness of the property for handover to customer as per SLAs defined and resolve any issues identified by Facilities management team during handover inspection

xi. Contribute to team capability development by ensuring adherence to performance management and appraisal system instituted by the company HR
